How it works
A controlled lifecycle from interest to outcome.
Every engagement follows defined decision gates. Qualification, scope, authorization, delivery, and closeout remain visible—so clients and partners know what happens next.

The client lifecycle
Disciplined by design.
Individualized in delivery.
Not every inquiry becomes an engagement. Each stage confirms fit, authority, information, and readiness before the next stage begins.
- 01
Intake
Submit the appropriate public intake so we can understand your role, priorities, and current stage.
- 02
Qualification
We review fit, readiness, timing, scope signals, and any professional-boundary considerations.
- 03
Consultation
A focused conversation clarifies the operating challenge, desired outcome, and decision in front of you.
- 04
Proposal
Qualified opportunities receive a defined scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, and investment.
- 05
Agreement and payment verification
Work begins only after required agreements are accepted and payment status is verified.
- 06
Onboarding
We confirm contacts, communication rhythm, information requests, milestones, and immediate next actions.
- 07
Direct client support
Each activated client receives clear email, phone, scheduling, document-sharing, and billing instructions without a portal login.
- 08
Advisory or LeadOS delivery
The approved engagement is delivered through structured advisory, implementation support, or the scoped MWC LeadOS workflow.
- 09
Capital-readiness separation
When capital is in scope, MWC completes the paid advisory deliverables first. Any optional provider introduction requires separate consent, due diligence, and compensation disclosure; the client applies directly.
- 10
Milestones and reporting
Progress, decisions, risks, completed work, and upcoming responsibilities are reviewed against the engagement plan.
- 11
Client success review
We assess adoption, completed outcomes, open needs, and the organization’s readiness for what comes next.
- 12
Renewal, expansion or closeout
The engagement concludes with a documented renewal, expanded scope, or orderly closeout and transition.
Control points
Clear gates protect
the quality of the work.
Qualification before scope: recommendations follow review of fit, needs, and delivery requirements.
Authorization before activation: agreements and payment verification precede onboarding and delivery.
Role separation before a capital introduction: advisory scope, client consent, provider diligence, conflicts, compensation, and data sharing are documented separately.
Human oversight: advisory judgment and responsible review remain central to AI-enabled workflows.
