Primary audience

Built for owner-led
service businesses.

01

Professional firms

Consulting, accounting, legal-support, advisory, agency, and specialized service businesses with recurring lead and client workflows.

02

Established operators

Owners with an active offer, repeatable demand, and enough volume that manual follow-up is slowing decisions or delivery.

03

Control-minded leaders

Teams willing to document consent, ownership, approval gates, data limits, and measurable handoffs before automating.

The always-on layer

Available around the clock.
Controlled at every step.

Twenty-four-seven monitoring does not mean twenty-four-seven unsolicited messaging. LeadOS handles approved intake and preparation continuously while substantive outreach remains governed by consent, platform rules, and human approval.

  1. 01

    Capture

Receive consented leads from website forms, referrals, event registrations, Google lead forms, and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms.

  2. 02

    Normalize

Standardize fields, remove duplicates, record source and consent, and block prohibited or incomplete data.

  3. 03

    Qualify

Score fit against the approved ideal-client profile and route uncertain cases to human review.

  4. 04

    Prepare

Draft internal briefs, suggested next actions, and approved follow-up options without sending substantive messages.

  5. 05

    Review

Put exceptions, high-value opportunities, and client-facing sends into a short owner approval queue.

  6. 06

    Measure

Track pipeline movement, response, appointments, delivery capacity, and next actions in one operating view.

The two-hour owner rhythm

A focused day,
not an unattended business.

Think of LeadOS as a first AI operations teammate—not a substitute for ownership, employees, or professional judgment. It is designed to compress review and coordination. It cannot guarantee a two-hour workday; delivery load, sales volume, staffing, and decisions still matter.

  1. 20 minutesReview overnight intake and exceptions.
  2. 40 minutesApprove priority sales and partner actions.
  3. 40 minutesMake client and implementation decisions.
  4. 20 minutesReview the scorecard and assign the next owner action.

  • After-hours live support or guaranteed response around the clock
  • Strategy projects outside the signed support scope
How MWC collects it

Stripe recurring billing

After qualification, agreement, and launch, MWC sends a Stripe-hosted subscription link. Stripe charges the approved payment method each month, issues receipts, manages approved retry settings, and transfers net funds to the connected business bank account. Card and bank credentials never enter this website.

Who does the monthly work

AI prepares the signal.
People own the decision.

01

LeadOS automation

Collects permitted system signals, checks defined conditions, summarizes exceptions, and drafts a health brief or internal ticket.

02

MWC human review

Reviews the monthly brief, confirms material changes, leads the operating review, approves control changes, and communicates client-impacting decisions.

03

Client owner

Maintains valid account access, approves substantive actions, responds to exceptions, and authorizes new scope. Plan on roughly 45–90 minutes of MWC human work per client in a normal month, plus scoped incident work when required.

Platform compatibility

Browser-based by design.
Not locked to one computer.

MWC operating systems are delivered through approved browser-based tools and standard business files, not as a Windows-only executable.

  • Current Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox on Windows, macOS, Linux, and ChromeOS
  • iOS, iPadOS, and Android for review and approval; desktop is recommended for configuration
  • DOCX, XLSX, CSV, and PDF exports where the selected tool supports them
  • Final compatibility depends on the client’s approved apps, API availability, security policy, and software versions

Start with the workflow

Keep judgment human.
