Privacy & terms
Clear boundaries.
Professional trust.
Plain-language information about this website and the scope of Moore Wealth Consulting services.

Website privacy
Discovery-form submissions are stored in a private business pipeline so Moore Wealth Consulting can review the inquiry, record the next action, and follow up. Submitted information may include your name, contact information, business or professional role, requested service, current stage, and the goal or challenge you describe. Standard hosting and security systems may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the site.
Client support information
MWC may maintain the contact, engagement, task, meeting, payment-status, communication, and document-request records reasonably needed to deliver and manage an authorized engagement. Clients do not need a website account or portal login. Existing-client requests are handled through direct email, phone, and purpose-specific sharing instructions.
Access and communication
Use the published MWC email address and phone number or reply to a verified engagement message. When a document is required, MWC will identify the approved sharing method. Do not forward private sharing links or payment links to another person.
Document handling
Public forms and chat do not accept documents. Provide information only when it is specifically requested through an approved, purpose-specific client channel. Do not submit Social Security numbers, consumer credit reports, account or routing numbers, passwords, card details, government IDs, private access links, full tax identifiers, or unrelated confidential records through public forms, chat, or ordinary email. Clients may request correction, access, or deletion, subject to contractual, legal, security, and record-retention requirements.
Scope of information
Website content is educational and is not legal, tax, accounting, lending, investment or employment advice. A visitor relationship does not create a client or advisory relationship.
Professional boundaries and outcomes
Moore Wealth Consulting does not act as a lender, residential mortgage originator, consumer-loan broker, law firm, accounting firm, investment adviser, credit bureau, credit-repair organization, or employment agency. MWC does not guarantee funding, credit, approval, rate, limit, timing, legal, tax, investment, employment, income, or performance outcomes.
Capital Readiness Advisory
Capital Readiness Advisory is a business-advisory service. Client fees pay for defined deliverables such as readiness assessments, use-of-funds planning, management documentation, operating controls, factual offer-comparison tools, and implementation support. Those fees are not consideration for procuring financing, are not contingent on a financing outcome, and do not buy an approval. Financial statements, tax positions, legal conclusions, and lender underwriting remain with the appropriate qualified professionals and capital providers.
Applications and provider decisions
Under the current advisory scope, MWC does not submit, sign, certify, or negotiate a financing application for a client; pull consumer credit; receive loan proceeds; or bind a client to provider terms. The client supplies information directly to the selected provider, makes every certification, and decides whether to accept an offer. The provider independently controls eligibility, underwriting, pricing, approval, funding, servicing, and adverse-action communications.
Optional provider introductions
A capital-provider introduction, if available, is optional and separate from paid advisory work. It may be offered only after MWC confirms an approved provider relationship and the activity is permitted for the client, product, and jurisdiction. Before an introduction or transaction, MWC will disclose in writing any material provider relationship, whether compensation may be received, the amount or calculation when known, the related conflict, and the client’s right to decline or seek alternatives. No public provider list is a promise of access, eligibility, endorsement, or availability.
Referral and affiliate disclosure
Some links, introductions, or professional relationships may create compensation for MWC or another disclosed party. Material connections will be identified near the relevant recommendation or in a separate written disclosure. Compensation does not guarantee acceptance, approval, favorable terms, or a positive review. Professional referrals remain subject to client consent, confidentiality, employer rules, ethics requirements, and applicable law.
Conflicts and independent review
Compensation can create an incentive to make an introduction. Clients should compare alternatives and obtain independent legal, tax, accounting, and financing advice as appropriate. MWC does not represent that it surveys the entire market or acts as a fiduciary in selecting a capital provider. A client may decline an introduction without losing the advisory work already purchased.
Engagement terms
Services begin only after a written scope, payment terms, responsibilities, and limitations are accepted by both parties. Specific engagement documents control if they differ from this general website information.
Digital products, licenses and fulfillment
Digital products are licensed to the purchasing person or single purchasing business for its internal use. Unless a purchase-specific agreement states otherwise, buyers may adapt the materials for their own operations but may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, or extract the templates for a competing commercial product. MWC releases a product only after the authoritative payment record and purchased SKU are verified.
Refunds and payment issues
Unless purchase-specific terms or applicable law require otherwise, digital-product purchases are non-refundable after the files or access have been delivered. Duplicate charges, inaccessible delivery, or a materially defective file should be reported within seven days so MWC can verify the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or appropriate refund. Service cancellations, rescheduling, credits, and refunds are controlled by the signed engagement agreement.
Checkout security
Approved payments are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. Do not send card data, bank credentials, passwords, government IDs, private access links, or confidential documents to MWC by public form, chat, or email. Prices, taxes, availability, and any recurring support charge are shown before payment and may change before purchase.
